H.I.I.T at the Jungle is a beautiful mix of strength and cardio. Who knows the exercise may start with KB Swings, or Wall Balls and end with Assault Bike or Plank until failure. But no worries
All exercises are modifiable for all fitness levels.

Obstacle Fitness is what you need with a mix of grip, core, stability, flexibility and agility you will improve your health while having fun! Exercises include but are not limited to warped wall, salmon ladder, monkey bars, slanted stairs, etc.

The Iron Jungles on-boarding program specifically designed to get you ready for The Jungle. Welcome to The Jungle is a 2-6 Week Program depending on your fitness level. You will be introduced to the H.I.I.T, LIFT, and even our Obstacle Fitness Training Programs, while preparing your mind and body to crush your goals.
If getting Stronger is what you're after our LIFT class is specially formulated to help you get stronger, lift better, lift heavier, and accomplish new PR's more efficiently. Also if your wondering LIFTing can help you with them goals too. Lifting heavy weight has been shown to burn more "calories" and get the results you're looking for.
Are you an Athlete or do you have child who is Athlete? Looking to step up your game and take it to the next level but lack the strength, coordination, balance or knowledge to reach your full potential?
We have options that range from traditional speed and agility training to more advance options like Vertimax training.
